Writing Contests

For several years, I’ve judged the poetry category and all genres for children entered in the international writing competitions sponsored each year by www.writers-editors.com. Since judging is “blind,” I have no idea who sends what until after the winners have been announced, unless, of course, I’ve previously critiqued an entry, in which case, it’s automatically disqualified.

If that presents no problem for you, I encourage you to submit your work to this reputable competition before the March 15 deadline. Christian poets and writers have few contests open to their work, but here, your well-researched, well-written manuscripts will receive a fair reading.

For more information, you’ll find the contest guidelines on http://www.writers-editors.com/Writers/Contests/Contest_Guidelines/contest_guidelines.htm .
